Do recommend for a brief retreat

Clean room, friendly staff, and excellent location made my stay enjoyable, with the added convenience of a 24-hour reception and nearby attractions like murals and restaurants just a short walk away.

The parking situation was tight.

Unfortunately, the renovation noise was disruptive throughout my stay, especially during the morning hours.

the hotel was under renovation, which no one mentioned, so that was a lovely surprise. also, the poor carpet and holes in the lampshades were just a charming touch. i almost thought i would receive a complimentary upgrade, but apparently that’s too much to ask. i just couldn't give them a good review with all these issues.

I truly enjoyed my stay, as the staff was friendly and I was just a short walk from the Portsmouth Floodwall Mural and the Southern Ohio Museum, both excellent for a weekend city stroll. it made exploring so easy and enjoyable for a traveler like me.

Limited parking made it difficult to find a spot!!! The outdated elevator took forever to reach my floor!!! I wasn't impressed with the cramped bathroom layout!!!
